Return & Refund Policy

At Nature Lovers Ayurvedic Spa, our goal is to ensure that every customer feels valued, satisfied, and respected. While our services are rooted in personalized wellness experiences, we understand that occasionally things don’t go as planned. This policy explains when and how returns or refunds may be granted for services or products purchased from our spa or website.

1. Services Booked Through Our Website

When you book a service (e.g., Ayurvedic massage, beauty therapy, or wellness consultation), you are reserving a dedicated time slot and therapist just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for advance notice. Here’s how it works:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid cancellation charges.
  • Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your appointment and did not notify us, the full service fee will be charged.

2. Refund Eligibility for Services

Since our services involve time, therapist dedication, and preparation, we typically do not offer refunds for completed treatments. However, we are committed to ensuring you have a satisfying experience:

  • If you are unhappy with your experience, please speak to our front desk team before leaving or email us the same day so we can address your concerns.
  • In rare cases, partial refunds or service credits may be issued, based on the situation and management approval.
  • Refunds are never processed in cash. All refunds are returned via the original payment method.

3. Retail Products (Oils, Scrubs, Herbal Packs)

If you purchased a product from us (online or in-spa), you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Unopened Items: Returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is unopened, unused, and in original condition with receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Opened or Used Items: Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on opened or used wellness products unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Damaged Goods: If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund the item promptly.

4. Packages and Gift Cards

If you purchased a spa package (multiple sessions or bundled services) or a gift card:

  • Packages: Are non-refundable but may be transferred to a family member or friend if not yet used.
  • Gift Cards: Are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. They may be used for any available service or product.
  • Expired gift cards may be reactivated at management discretion depending on time lapsed.

5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

If you are eligible for a refund or return based on the conditions above, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@natureloversspa.com with your order or booking details and reason for the request.
  • For product returns, include a photo of the item and package condition if applicable.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days with next steps.

6. Exceptions & Managerial Discretion

While we aim to follow this policy consistently, we understand that life happens. We reserve the right to assess individual cases with compassion and discretion. If you believe your case is exceptional, please explain the details and we’ll do our best to help.
